Acceptable use policy

Running a loyalty programme for a real business with customers who chose to join. Use it for that and you will never need to read the rest of this page.

Adding people to a card without their knowledge; sending offers to customers who did not opt in, or after they opted out; buying, importing or scraping contact lists; programmes that are misleading about what a customer earns; content on your page that is unlawful, hateful or infringes someone else's rights; and anything that interferes with the service, other businesses' data or the wallet platforms.

Each person who stamps cards must have their own login. Remove people who leave. Do not share kiosk or scanner access outside your team.

Volvia may pause messaging, a page, or an account that breaks this policy, and will tell you why. Serious or repeated breaches end the service without refund.
